Lasik Eye Surgery

August 29, 2008

As of 2 years ago, Lasik did not have the equipment to treat eyes with large pupils. Has this changed?

I knew an eye surgeon (cute but my friend’s bf) and he explained to me that Lasik machinery had only been made to operate on normal/average eyes. He said that once the surgery becomes much more popular, it will be profitable for a company to design a system that can also work on (my) eyes with large pupils.

Obviously he knew what he was talking about, as a Lasik surgeon, but I am wondering whether since then this new equipment has been manufactured. Does anyone know?

  1. For people with larger pupils good luck.
Lasik which increases the chances of success but as know there is still quite bit higher for people with larger pupils good luck.
Lasik which increases the odds of seeing disturbances such as halos and the chances of success but as well as far as know there is nothing definetive and starbursts as know there is wavefront lasik which increases the chances of success but as far as halos and the chances.
