Lasik Eye Surgery

Has anyone had lasik and would like to share their experience with me?

MaseyGrace 6/28/08 asked:

I am having the “bladeless” lasik done in two weeks. They will use little bubbles to lift and create the flap on my eye to do the lasik instead of using the blade. Has anyone had this done? What was it like for you? How did you feel afterwards? Would you recommend it? My vision is 20/400 in both eyes, so I am looking forward to it, but nervous at the same time. Any opinions?

Are there ways that I can improve my eyesight discluding lasik?

Filed under: Lasik Surgery Q&A — admin @ 2:28 pm
The Answer asked:

I’m farsighted and I wear glasses because my parents won’t let me get contacts. I hate to wear my glasses and would rather improve my eyesight than wear either at all. Is there a way to do it besides surgery? Thanks
LMAO pinkdots is such a retard
Excuse me, I’m sorry I meant nearsighted not farsighted…I always get the two mixed up

I want to become a lasik eye surgeon. What do I do and where do I go?

ibanezcorey5 asked:

I am a sophomore in high school and I am pretty sure this is what I want to do. How can I get a degree in ophthalmology and become strictly a lasik surgeon? Are there any very good schools in the state of GA or fairly close? Any help would be much appreciated.

How accurate LASIK or Laser Eye Surgery is?, and what is the difference between LASIK and Laser Eye Surgery?

I am planning to do a LASIK or Laser Eye Surgery, does it has any disadvantages doing it? and what is the difference between Laser and LASIK, which is better and why, I am hesitating whether to do it or not, also I don’t know which one should I choose LASIK or Laser.

P.S. My vision is not so bad, it is something like 1.7 - 2 degrees deviation, am just sick wearing glasses. :)
Thanks in advance.

I want to be a pilot, but they dont accept people with lasik, can they tell ive had it?

Filed under: Lasik Surgery Q&A — admin @ 3:14 pm
Cody M asked:

Military regs so that you have to have 20/20 vision to be a pilot, and that you cannot have had lasik surgery. Ive had lasik outside of the military, and they do not know about it. Can they tell with a simple eye exam if I have had it or not. And which would be harder to tell youve had it, lasik, or the RK surgery or whatever its called.
